国际器官芯片类器官大数据联盟（中文）

国际器官芯片类器官大数据联盟依托东南大学，成员主要来自中国、美国、欧盟、日本、澳大利亚等多个国家的高校、研究机构和产业公司。

该联盟旨在推动器官芯片的技术发展，共同构建大数据整合、应用和共享平台，推动和促进联盟内的器官芯片大数据共享，建立涵盖多种数据和知识库的世界级器官芯片大数据中心。

器官芯片大数据来自学术发表论文、专利以及公共数据库，包括：组织器官、实验装置、药物毒物、器官芯片的组学数据（基因组、变异组、转录组、蛋白组）等。通过针对器官芯片数据的收集整理和挖掘，将对器官芯片在精准医学、再生医学、药物研发、毒物测试等方面的应用提供重要的数据资源和分析工具。联盟产生的海量数据则是生物医药产业研发，个性化疾病检测、预防与治疗，实现全人类普惠健康的宝贵财富。东南大学于2020年成立器官芯片大数据中心，中心已建成国内首个获国际认可的器官芯片数据归档库。以该中心为依托，辐射全球，推动和促进全球器官芯片大数据共享以及器官芯片标准化建设，加快器官芯片技术的发展、普及和应用。

International Organ Chip Organoid Big Data Consortium (English)

The International Organ Chip Organoid Big Data Alliance relies on Southeast University, and its members are mainly from universities, research institutions, and industrial companies in many countries such as China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, and Australia.

The alliance aims to promote the development of organ chip technology, jointly build a big data integration, application and sharing platform, promote and promote organ chip big data sharing within the alliance, and establish a world-class organ chip big data center covering a variety of data and knowledge base .

Organ chip big data comes from academic published papers, patents and public databases, including: tissue organs, experimental devices, drug poisons, organ chip omics data (genome, mutation group, transcriptome, proteome), etc. Through the collection and sorting of organ chip data, it will provide important data resources and analysis tools for the application of organ chips in precision medicine, regenerative medicine, drug development, and poison testing. The massive data generated by the alliance is a valuable asset for the research and development of the biopharmaceutical industry, personalized disease detection, prevention and treatment, and the realization of inclusive health for all mankind. Southeast University established an organ chip big data center in 2020. The center has built the country's first internationally recognized organ chip data archive database. Relying on the center, radiate the world, promote and promote the sharing of global organ chip big data and organ chip standardization, and accelerate the development, popularization and application of organ chip technology.
